Awards 2010

In 2010, the Kansas Press Association selected the three columns:

One day at a time, A gift from Saturn and A year in the life of a 14-year-old

for its third-place prize.


The Kansas Professional Communicators selected the two columns:

Stop and smell the lilacs and Through the years, we all will be together

as a second-place winner.

Judges' comments included:

Very clever use of 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.'

Nice execution.

Very visual column.
