Our U.N.E.S.C.O. unit here in Morganville wishes to send money to our adopted town of Feves, France. Please let me know what I do to establish a check in dollars on a New York Bank, which is eligible in France and also the cost of transmitting this money to them via your bank.

In sending it, could it be sent to an individual such as the mayor or schoolmaster? Also, how long would it take to get this credit established before it would be available in Feves?
