Walter N. Underhill, Shipping Agent
Dear Mr. Underhill:
I have your letter of recent date in regards to your handling our shipments to Feves, France and wish to let you
know that the charges for handling our shipments are satisfactory to us. We had planned on sending some Xmas gifts
to the children, but have had some information from Feves from one of our citizens who is touring France this fall
in regards [to] this matter, and we have somewhat changed our minds for this particular item. We intend to make
use of your organization for any shipments we make to Feves in the future and will follow your instructions as per
your letter. In the past, our shipping agent has billed us for the complete cost after shipment and we would send
them our check for the entire amount of the cost at one time. Trust this is also satisfactory with your office.
Thanking you, I beg to remain,
Sincerely,
Daniel J. Roenigk, Treasurer
