Elspeth Davies and Charles L. Todd wed

Former Dunkirker, now in Army, married New York girl at Cape Cod

Announcement is made of the recent marriage of Miss Elspeth Davies of New York City, to Charles Lafayette Todd, former Dunkirker and son of Mrs. I. Proctor Browne of Santa Paula, Cal., and the late Dr. E. L. Todd.

The wedding took place at Cape Cod, Mass. Mr. Todd is now in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Douglas, Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a graduate of Dunkirk High School and of Hamilton College, and was formerly a teacher at the College of the City of New York.

The bride is a graduate of Barnard College and Columbia University.
