Thanks for reaching out and I am very happy to cooperate in any way I can. You certainly have my permission to quote from my biography of my mom. My aunt (whose jacket was described in the story) still lives in Clay Center at age 82, and if speaking with her would be of value I could make introductions. She does not have a computer, but phone would work fine, and as a loyal KSU fan (with a Wildcat logo in her garden by the front porch) I suspect she'd be quite proud to help.

Finally, I definitely have dozens of color slides that my Dad took on their visit to Feves, but not yet converted to digital images. Let me know how much time you can allow and I will try to get to that soon.

Thanks again for reaching out on this, my Mom was first and foremost a Kansan all her life, and it would make her very happy to know that this small part of history was being preserved. You can count on me to do my part.
