Dear Mr. Roenigk:
After receiving your letter of June 18th and noting that you had already sent your check to R. C. Williams for
Invoices #60 and 61, we are asking you to please disregard our letter to you dated June 17th.
We telephoned R. C. Williams this morning and informed them of your letter to us dated June 18th. We have instructed
them not to make any corrections in the invoices and let the order-stand as they had sent it to our Warehouse
originally.
During our discussion with R. C. Williams today, they asked us to inform you when writing to you, that in a few days
you will receive a check from them to take care of your Credit Voucher Book #752 - Folio 11100, covering a credit of
$16.65, which you had from your last shipment with R. C. Williams.
We have instructed our Warehouse to pack your shipment immediately in order that your shipment may get off to France
in the next few days.
Your complete order under Invoices #60 and 61 with R. C. Williams, consists of the following cases:
Cases DB 331 thru 333 - 3 cases containing 900 pounds of rice
Cases DB 334 thru 337 - 4 cases containing 1380 pounds of sugar
Case DB 538 - one case containing 120 pounds of sugar and 96 pounds of cocoa.
I am enclosing your letter of June 16th addressed to our Accounting Department, and wish to call your attention to
the notation on the bottom thereof.
