Dear Miss Carson:
Your entire order has been delivered to our warehouse and has been packed and made ready far shipment. As soon as
we get word of the name of the boat that they will leave on - you will be informed, or rather I will inform the
treasurer, Mr. Roenigk, as you suggested.
As you know, you will be billed by the different agents, for the value of each. R. C. Williams sent us six cartons
of sugar on our order of three cartons - but we immediately informed them and they called for the three extra
cartons that they had sent us on your order. This morning, they sent us a CREDIT VOUCHER for those three cartons
of sugar for $16.65, so I am enclosing the VOUCHER for you to have and return to R. C. Williams in case he should
charge you for the three extra cartons. That is, the bill may have gone out to you before it was rectified.
With best wishes,
Very sincerely yours,
(signed) Germanie Wilson
