Attend International Program

The International program at the Clay Center Community high school chapel last Friday afternoon was attended by the committee for UNESCO from the Morganville Youth Fellowship group.

The Clay Center school was all day host to 16 foreign students of Kansas State College. They represented such distant places as Peru and other South American countries, China, Egypt, Hawaii, Palestine, Iraq, Switzerland and Panama. Each spoke briefly and inspiringly according to our delegation, of their own homes and world unity.

The Morganville committee which expects to procure films and promote exchange letters with foreign students as a part of the local UNESCO program were Joan Trudell, Barbara Roenigk, Vance Carson and Shelby Mellies. Velma Carson took this group to Clay Center.
