Dear Mrs. Carson:

It was perfectly thrilling hearing the broadcast on the Twentieth Century Club program. Your voice was very familiar to me and knowing the story so well of your splendid town affiliation it was great fun hearing it.

We have obtained several scripts of the broadcast in case you have not received yours.

Many people have written us inspired letters about the program. We are certain that the millions of people all over the United States who have listened in on this program will be more conscious of the work that might be done in a town affiliation. It will go a long way by its publicity in furthering our work.

Would you send us any extra clipping from newspaper articles in your town. You might like to know that Weston, Massachusetts, which has an affiliation with a small town near Feves, was exceptionally inspired with your program.

Lafe Todd is still waiting to go with the State Department, but was in the office helping me twice last week.

Good luck to your committee.

Sincerely yours,
