Dwayne Frederick Jurgensen, 605 W. Walnut St., Green Bay, age 49, died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 27, 1993 at his home.
He was born June 12, 1944 in Green Bay, to Esther (Klipfel) Jurgensen and the late Leonard Jurgensen.
Before his graduation from Appleton West High School in 1962, Dwayne took a great interest in the stage. He began
by building sets and doing painting, but later moved on to try his hand at acting in productions at the Attic Theater
in Appleton.
Dwayne is survived by his mother, Esther Jurgensen, Appleton; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Patti and Brad
Miles, Los Alamitos, California; Kay and Jon Jansen, Appleton; two brothers: Dennis Jurgensen and Nicki
Jurgensen, both of Appleton; two nephews: Branden and Josh; two nieces: Brittany and Macenzie. He was
preceded in death by his father, Leonard, in 1979.
Friends called at the Trinity Lutheran Church, corner of Lawrence and Allen Streets, after 10 a.m.
Saturday until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Kevin Ruffcorn officiating. Proko-Wall
Funeral Home, Green Bay assisted the family with arrangements.
